Cumberland Valley Business Park

Nestled in the heart of the Cumberland Valley, among the rolling hills of south central Pennsylvania, the Cumberland Valley Business Park is rich in land and infrastructure. It offers a strategic location, a skilled workforce, and a welcoming quality of life.

A prime location in the center of Franklin County, PA (near Chambersburg) the Cumberland Valley Business Park is located just off Interstate 81, within easy reach of the expanding Baltimore/Washington region and many other metropolitan areas. The Park is well serviced by an extensive transportation network, which includes interstate highways, U.S. routes, the Pennsylvania Turnpike and an on-site rail network, with access to the regional and national rail system. 

The Park was formerly part of the adjacent Letterkenny Army Depot. In September 1995, the federal Base Realignment and Closure Commission (BRAC) called for the realignment of the depot and the conveyance of industrial, administrative and recreational areas to the local community. The result is the Cumberland Valley Business Park, divided into four districts with unique attributes that can meet the needs of a variety of tenants.
